Bu ki\u015filerden d\u00f6rd\u00fc, MOSSAD ile ili\u015fkilerini itiraf etti. Haz\u0131rlanan iddianameye g\u00f6re, bu \u015f\u00fcphelilere 99 farkl\u0131 zamanlarda \u00f6deme yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edildi.<\/p>\n

Bu operasyon, Milli \u0130stihbarat Te\u015fkilat\u0131 (M\u0130T) ve Emniyet Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc (EGM) i\u015fbirli\u011fi ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti ve toplam dokuz ki\u015fi g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131, bunlardan yedisi tutuklanarak cezaevine g\u00f6nderildi. Soru\u015fturma detaylar\u0131na g\u00f6re, \u015f\u00fcpheliler 2019 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren \u0130srail \u0130stihbarat Servisi’nin \u00c7evrimi\u00e7i Operasyon Merkezi (\u0130\u00c7OM) ile irtibat halindeydi ve yabanc\u0131 \u015fah\u0131slar ile \u015firketler hakk\u0131nda ara\u015ft\u0131rma yapmakla g\u00f6revlendirilmi\u015flerdi<\/p>\n

\u0130LET\u0130\u015e\u0130M KAYITLARI \u00c7IKTI<\/strong><\/p>\n

G.K. isimli \u015f\u00fcpheli, \u0130\u00c7OM’dan ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 talimatlar do\u011frultusunda ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar yaparken, bu faaliyetlerden maddi gelir elde etti. G.K. ve di\u011fer \u015f\u00fcpheliler, devletin veri tabanlar\u0131ndan elde ettikleri bilgileri de MOSSAD’a iletti ve kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00f6deme ald\u0131. Soru\u015fturma boyunca, \u015f\u00fcphelilerin dijital materyalleri incelendi ve bu materyallerde MOSSAD g\u00f6revlileri ile ileti\u015fim kay\u0131tlar\u0131 bulundu.<\/p>\n

Soru\u015fturman\u0131n ilerleyen safhalar\u0131nda, \u015f\u00fcphelilerden M.K.’nin daha \u00f6nce “askeri ve siyasal casusluk” su\u00e7undan yarg\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te yabanc\u0131 uyruklu bireyler hakk\u0131nda elde etti\u011fi bilgileri MOSSAD’a aktard\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. M.K.’nin bu bilgileri elde etmek i\u00e7in hukuk b\u00fcrosunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan gibi g\u00f6z\u00fckt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, ancak asl\u0131nda casusluk faaliyetleri y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc belirlendi.<\/p>\n

\u0130stanbul Sulh Ceza Hakimli\u011fi, \u015f\u00fcphelilerin “ki\u015fisel verileri hukuka ayk\u0131r\u0131 olarak ele ge\u00e7irmek veya yaymak”, “devletin gizli kalmas\u0131 gereken bilgilerini siyasal veya askeri casusluk amac\u0131yla temin etmek” ve “hukuka ayk\u0131r\u0131 olarak ki\u015fisel verileri kaydetmek” gibi su\u00e7lardan tutuklanmalar\u0131na karar verdi.<\/p>\n

MOSSAD’\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye’deki faaliyetlerini takip eden M\u0130T’in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sonucu, bu istihbarat a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zel dedektifler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla T\u00fcrkiye’deki hedefler hakk\u0131nda bilgi toplad\u0131\u011f\u0131, ke\u015fif ve takip gibi faaliyetler y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc belirlendi.
