Halk\u00e7\u0131 Hukuk\u00e7ular, d\u00f6nemin \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakan\u0131 Murat Kurum, d\u00f6nemin Malatya Valisi Hulusi \u015eahin ile AKP\u2019li Malatya B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Selahattin G\u00fcrkan hakk\u0131nda su\u00e7 duyurusunda bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>Cumhuriyet\u2019in edindi\u011fi bilgiye g\u00f6re, Malatya Cumhuriyet Savc\u0131s\u0131 M.A.T., dilek\u00e7ede yer alan isimler hakk\u0131nda \u201csoru\u015fturma yap\u0131lmas\u0131na yer olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na\u201d karar verdi.<\/p>\n<p>Kararda, \u201cDeprem Su\u00e7lar\u0131 Soru\u015fturma B\u00fcrosu taraf\u0131ndan deprem nedeniyle meydana gelen t\u00fcm \u00f6l\u00fcm ve yaralanmalara ili\u015fkin ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 soru\u015fturma i\u015flemlerinin devam etti\u011fi, \u00f6te yandan \u015fik\u00e2yet haklar\u0131 bulunan maktul yak\u0131nlar\u0131 ile yaral\u0131lar\u0131n \u015fik\u00e2yetlerinin cumhuriyet ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zca ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 olarak al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131, yine ilgili ihbar dilek\u00e7esinin soru\u015fturmaya kaydedilmesi halinde benzer mahiyette ayn\u0131 olaya ili\u015fkin birden fazla m\u00fckerrer soru\u015fturma olaca\u011f\u0131, usul ekonomisi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan ihbar eden taraf\u0131ndan g\u00f6nderilen dilek\u00e7enin ihbara kaydedildi\u011fi, konusu ve taraflar\u0131 ayn\u0131 olan ihbarla ilgili yeniden bir soru\u015fturma yap\u0131lamayaca\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u201d ifadelerine yer verildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2018SAVCI MAN\u0130P\u00dcLASYON YAPMAKTADIR\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cumhuriyet\u2019e konu\u015fan Halk\u00e7\u0131 Hukuk\u00e7ular\u2019dan avukat Tacettin \u00c7olak, \u201cBize g\u00f6re savc\u0131 M.A.T\u2019nin, bizim su\u00e7 duyurusu dilek\u00e7emizi \u2018ihbar dilek\u00e7esi\u2019 diye niteleyerek soru\u015fturma numaras\u0131 dahi vermemesi basit bir hata de\u011fildir. Yine su\u00e7 duyurumuzun \u2018konusu ve taraflar\u0131 ayn\u0131\u2019 diye de\u011ferlendirilmesi de dilek\u00e7emizin okunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir. Savc\u0131 ba\u015fta Kurum, vali ve di\u011fer \u00fcst d\u00fczey y\u00f6neticileri kurtarma amac\u0131yla manip\u00fclasyon yapmaktad\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2018YARGILANMALARI GEREK\u0130R\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cSavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n karar\u0131nda bahsedilen \u015fik\u00e2yetlerle bizim ba\u015fvurumuzun ayn\u0131 i\u00e7erikte olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r\u201d diyen \u00c7olak, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti: \u201cBiz, deprem felaketinin sorumlular\u0131 aras\u0131nda alt d\u00fczeyde m\u00fcteahhitler kadar \u00fcst d\u00fczey y\u00f6neticilerin de oldu\u011funu iddia ediyoruz. Bizden ba\u015fka verilen dilek\u00e7elerle bizim su\u00e7 duyurumuz aras\u0131nda en az\u0131ndan \u015f\u00fcpheliler aras\u0131nda ciddi farkl\u0131l\u0131klar vard\u0131r. Bizim \u015f\u00fcphelilerimizin i\u00e7inde \u00e7ok say\u0131da siyasi vard\u0131r. Esas\u0131nda bunlar\u0131n bir\u00e7o\u011funun deprem felaketinin asli faili olarak soru\u015fturulmas\u0131 ve yarg\u0131lanmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.
