Ba\u015fkan Baran’\u0131n \u00f6zellikle vurgulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 konular\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda, mevcut konkordato sisteminin yetersizlikleri ve bu sistemi iyile\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in alacakl\u0131lar\u0131 koruyacak bir konkordato fonu kurulmas\u0131 \u00f6nerisi geliyor.<\/p>\n

Ekonomim’e konu\u015fan G\u00fcrsel Baran, \u015firketlerin finansmana eri\u015fim sorunlar\u0131 ve y\u00fcksek faiz oranlar\u0131n\u0131n i\u015fletmeler \u00fczerinde yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bask\u0131y\u0131 ele ald\u0131. \u00d6zellikle konkordato s\u00fcrecinde, alacakl\u0131 firmalar\u0131n haklar\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken Baran, bu durumun i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131 i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n

Konkordato ilan eden \u015firketlerin bor\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6deyebilmeleri i\u00e7in bir koruma kalkan\u0131 olu\u015ftururken, bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te alacakl\u0131 firmalar\u0131n ma\u011fdur olmamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini vurgulayan Baran, konkordato sisteminin yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini ifade etti. Bu kapsamda, alacakl\u0131lar\u0131 da koruyacak bir konkordato fonunun kurulmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nerdi.<\/p>\n
