AYM de, iptal istemini 15 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde kesin karara ba\u011flamak durumunda olacak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ATALAY HAKKINDA MUHTEMELEN TAHL\u0130YE VE \u0130ADE KARARI VER\u0130LECEK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Konuyla ilgili AKP\u2019li baz\u0131 yetkililerin de\u011ferlendirmesini de aktaran Kahvecio\u011flu, haberinde \u015fu ifadelere yer verdi:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAtalay\u2019\u0131n vekilli\u011fi d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fckten sonra yeni bir i\u015flemle AYM yeni bir karar ortaya koyacak. \u2018Bu hak ihl\u00e2li, s\u00fcregelen ara mahkeme karar\u0131na uygun bir i\u015flem yap\u0131lmamas\u0131ndan kaynaklan\u0131yor\u2019 diyecek ve muhtemelen Atalay hakk\u0131nda tahliye ve iade karar\u0131 verecek.
