Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Tayyip Erdo\u011fan&#8217;\u0131n imzas\u0131yla Resmi Gazete&#8217;de yay\u0131mlanan karar, hasat d\u00f6nemine kadar ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi piyasalar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 i\u015flemesi i\u00e7in al\u0131nd\u0131. Buna g\u00f6re, ya\u011fl\u0131k ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi tohumunda y\u00fczde 27 yerine y\u00fczde 12 g\u00fcmr\u00fck vergisi, ham ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi ya\u011f\u0131nda ise y\u00fczde 36 yerine y\u00fczde 22 oran\u0131nda g\u00fcmr\u00fck vergisi uygulanacak. Bug\u00fcn itibariyle y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girecek olan karar\u0131n, 15 Nisan tarihine kadar ge\u00e7erli olaca\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n<p>Konuyla ilgili Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada karar\u0131n; spek\u00fclatif fiyat art\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi, piyasada arz ve talep \u015fartlar\u0131 ile fiyat hareketlerinin do\u011fru y\u00f6nlendirilmesi amac\u0131yla al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi.<\/p>\n<p>Bakanl\u0131ktan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, &#8220;Hasat d\u00f6neminde y\u00fcksek g\u00fcmr\u00fck vergileri uygulanarak \u00e7ift\u00e7ilerimize gerekli koruman\u0131n sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi tohumunda; yerli tohum arz miktar\u0131n\u0131n ve ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi ya\u011f\u0131 t\u00fcketiminin artaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen d\u00f6nemlerde, ayr\u0131ca kurakl\u0131k gibi iklim \u015fartlar\u0131 ve k\u00fcresel \u00fcretimde meydana gelen de\u011fi\u015fiklikler de dikkate al\u0131narak, ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan oranda ve \u00e7ift\u00e7ilerimizi olumsuz etkilemeyecek \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde bir d\u00fczenlemenin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ihtiyac\u0131 olu\u015fmu\u015ftur. 2023 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n a\u011f\u0131r kurakl\u0131k \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131n olumsuz etkilerine ra\u011fmen, \u00fclkemizin halihaz\u0131rda sahip oldu\u011fu ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi tohumu ve ham ya\u011f stoku yeterli olmakla birlikte, bu yap\u0131lan d\u00fczenleme ile \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki yaz\u0131n hasat d\u00f6nemine kadar ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi piyasalar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 i\u015flemesinin devam\u0131n\u0131 teminen gerekli aksiyon al\u0131nmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r&#8221; denildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AY\u00c7\u0130\u00c7E\u011e\u0130 TOHUMUNDA 100 B\u0130N TON, HAM AY\u00c7\u0130\u00c7EK YA\u011eINDA 250 B\u0130N TON TAR\u0130FE KONTENJANI A\u00c7ILDI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada; Tar\u0131m ve Orman Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ilgili sekt\u00f6r kurulu\u015flar\u0131 ile isti\u015fare yap\u0131larak, \u00e7ift\u00e7ilerin, \u00fcreticilerin ve t\u00fcketicilerin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 birlikte de\u011ferlendirilerek, ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi tohumunda 100 bin ton, ham ay\u00e7i\u00e7ek ya\u011f\u0131nda ise 250 bin ton ile s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olmak kayd\u0131yla tarife kontenjan\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 da belirtildi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(The Turkish Post) &#8211; Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;nca al\u0131nan kararla ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi tohumu ve ham ay\u00e7i\u00e7ek ya\u011f\u0131nda g\u00fcmr\u00fck vergi oranlar\u0131 indirildi.
