Karar Gazetesi\u2019nden Ali Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m, gelinen noktada artan kur, y\u00fcksek enflasyon, y\u00fcksek faiz ve fiyat art\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 kaleme ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan g\u00fcn ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc h\u0131zland\u0131ran al\u0131m g\u00fcc\u00fc de bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te, deyim yerindeyse yerle bir hale geldi. Artan asgari \u00fccrette di\u011fer taraftan enflasyonu katlarken, sorunlar bo\u011fum bo\u011fum artmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en \u00e7ok satan otomobilinin fiyat\u0131 Ocak 2023\u2019te 376 bin 900 lira iken Ocak 2024\u2019te 815 bin liraya ula\u015ft\u0131. Bu tablo kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda en ucuz otomobile bile ula\u015fmak birka\u00e7 ad\u0131m daha \u00f6teye gitti. 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda asgari \u00fccretli bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n yemeden i\u00e7meden, hi\u00e7bir \u015fey \u00f6demeden 32 ayda alabildi\u011fi en ucuz s\u0131f\u0131r otomobil i\u00e7in 2024\u2019te 47 ay \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Y\u00fczde 50\u2019ye yak\u0131n asgari \u00fccret art\u0131\u015f\u0131na ra\u011fmen en ucuzuna bile ula\u015fman\u0131n s\u00fcresi 15 ay daha \u00f6telendi. Bu bir y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcre\u00e7te ne oldu? Asgari \u00fccret y\u00fczde 49 artt\u0131. En ucuz otomobilin fiyat\u0131 y\u00fczde 116 y\u00fckseldi. Enflasyon y\u00fczde 57,6\u2019dan y\u00fczde 42\u2019ye d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc fakat otomobilde fiyat\u0131 belirleyen Euro kuru 20 liradan 33 liraya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Yani kur fark\u0131 sadece y\u00fczde 65.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca otomobil al\u0131m\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck etki eden kredilerde de faiz oranlar\u0131 katland\u0131. Y\u00fczde 9 olan politika faizi y\u00fczde 42,5\u2019e \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Bu hem kredi oranlar\u0131n\u0131 hem de s\u0131f\u0131r ara\u00e7 sat\u0131\u015f\u0131nda h\u0131z\u0131 kesti. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck faiz d\u00f6neminde kredili otomobil alma oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 70-80 seviyelerindeyken sekt\u00f6r temsilcileri \u015fu an yeni ara\u00e7 al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 10-15\u2019inin bu faiz oran\u0131ndaki kredilerle oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. Arac\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00fcretilmesi bile vatanda\u015f i\u00e7in bir avantaja maalesef d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015femiyor. Yani 1 milyon liran\u0131n biraz \u00fczerinde. Burada \u00fcretilmesine ra\u011fmen biz Almanya\u2019daki Hans\u2019tan 400 bin lira yani 12 bin Euro daha pahal\u0131ya biniyoruz. Al\u0131m g\u00fcc\u00fc burada da etkisini g\u00f6steriyor. Ayn\u0131 otomobile asgari \u00fccretli T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 82 ayda sahip olabilirken, Almanya\u2019da T\u00fcrk mal\u0131 otomobile binmek i\u00e7in asgari \u00fccretli 21 ay \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 yetiyor. Yerli dedi\u011fimiz otomobil i\u00e7in Ahmet\u2019in Hans\u2019tan 61 ay daha fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Bir\u00e7ok marka fiyat art\u0131\u015f\u0131na giderken, liste fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmeyenler az\u0131nl\u0131kta kald\u0131. Fiyatlar y\u00fczde 3 ila 10 aras\u0131nda y\u00fckseldi. Yetkililer marka baz\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fimlerin ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ederek y\u00fczde 7 seviyesinde zam oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Stoklar\u0131n devam etti\u011fi payla\u015f\u0131l\u0131rken, 2024 modellerin pazara \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131yla birlikte yeni fiyat art\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n olaca\u011f\u0131 kaydedildi. \u00d6zel t\u00fcketim vergisi (\u00d6TV) muafiyetli s\u0131f\u0131r ara\u00e7 sat\u0131\u015f\u0131nda da ocak ay\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu aktar\u0131ld\u0131.
