\u0130brahim Tatl\u0131ses, kendisine ait olan \u2018Tatl\u0131ses\u2019 markas\u0131n\u0131 izinsiz \u015fekilde kullanarak \u2018Tatl\u0131ses Kebap\u2019 isimli mek\u00e2n a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 iddias\u0131yla o\u011fluna dava a\u00e7t\u0131.<\/p>\n

H\u00fcrriyet\u2019ten \u00d6zge E\u011frikar\u2019\u0131n haberine g\u00f6re, \u201cy\u0131llard\u0131r kendi \u00e7abas\u0131yla edindi\u011fi olumlu itibardan o\u011flunun gayret g\u00f6stermeden yararlanmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131\u201d dilek\u00e7esinde ifade eden \u015fark\u0131c\u0131, Ahmet Tatl\u0131ses\u2019in insanlar\u0131 yan\u0131ltt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve haks\u0131z rekabet sa\u011flamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddia etti.<\/p>\n

Dilek\u00e7ede, \u201cAhmet Tatl\u0131ses\u2019in m\u00fcvekkile ait \u2018Tatl\u0131ses\u2019 markas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik haks\u0131z tecav\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fcn tespitini, \u00f6nlenmesini ve durdurulmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyoruz.
