Diyarbak\u0131r 11\u2019inci A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesi\u2019nde yarg\u0131lanan Kaymakam Sinano\u011flu\u2019na \u201cBilin\u00e7li taksirle \u00f6l\u00fcme neden olmak\u201dtan 1 y\u0131l 14 ay 20 g\u00fcn hapis cezas\u0131 verildi. Taraflar\u0131n karara itirazlar\u0131 \u00fczerine dava dosyas\u0131 Diyarbak\u0131r B\u00f6lge Adliye Mahkemesi\u2019ne g\u00f6nderildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cKAZA\u201d DEY\u0130P KURTULMAK \u0130STED\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mezopotamya Ajans\u0131\u2019ndaki habere g\u00f6re; ba\u015fvurular\u0131 inceleyen 10\u2019uncu Ceza Dairesi, olay yerinde toplanan deliller do\u011frultusunda su\u00e7lu oldu\u011funu kabul eden san\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u201ckaza\u201d savunmas\u0131n\u0131 kabul etmedi.
