Olaylara acil m\u00fcdahale edebilmek i\u00e7in 7 g\u00fcn 24 saat esas\u0131yla g\u00f6rev y\u00fcr\u00fcten 112 Acil \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131 Merkezi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131 en \u00e7ok as\u0131ls\u0131z ihbarlar ve gereksiz aramalar yoruyor.<\/p>\n

Merkezi arayanlar aras\u0131nda \u201cG\u00f6r\u00fcc\u00fc geldi ne diyeyim?\u201d, \u201cE\u015fim k\u00fcst\u00fc, telefonumu a\u00e7m\u0131yor\u201d, \u201cO\u011flumun kayd\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015fka okula ald\u0131rmak istiyorum\u201d, \u201cSiirt-Kurtalan aras\u0131 ka\u00e7 kilometre?\u201d gibi ifadeler kullananlar da bulunuyor.<\/p>\n

Mardin 112 Acil \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131 Merkezi M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc H\u00fclya Karabo\u011fa, emniyet, sa\u011fl\u0131k, jandarma, itfaiye, orman, AFAD ve sahil g\u00fcvenlik birimlerine ait acil \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131 merkezde, ilgili kurumlar aras\u0131nda koordinasyonun sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve acil durum ekiplerinin en k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede olay mahallinde olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n

\u201c2023\u2019te ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k 980 bin. Merkezde Almanca, \u0130ngilizce, Rus\u00e7a ve Arap\u00e7a dil bilen terc\u00fcmanlar taraf\u0131ndan da turistler i\u00e7in hizmet sunuldu\u011funu anlatan Karabo\u011fa, hem merkezi tan\u0131tmak hem de as\u0131ls\u0131z \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131n azalmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6zellikle okullarda, k\u0131rsal mahallelerde e\u011fitimler verdiklerini, bu sayede as\u0131ls\u0131z \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 oran\u0131n\u0131 azaltt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n

Karabo\u011fa, 2023\u2019te 112 Acil \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131 Merkezi\u2019ni \u00e7ok kez as\u0131ls\u0131z yere arayanlara Kabahatler Kanununa g\u00f6re toplamda 78 bin 641 lira para cezas\u0131n\u0131n uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n

Merkezde g\u00f6revli personelden Tu\u011fba Aslan, vatanda\u015flar\u0131n bazen acil durumlar d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda da kendilerini arad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, \u201cBir vatanda\u015f \u2018G\u00f6r\u00fcc\u00fc gelmi\u015f, ne diyeyim?\u2019 diye soruyor. Ba\u015fka bir vatanda\u015f\u0131m\u0131z e\u015fiyle tart\u0131\u015f\u0131yor, bizi ar\u0131yor, \u2018E\u015fime ula\u015fam\u0131yorum, telefonumu a\u00e7m\u0131yor. Siirt\u2019te 2023’te 364 binden fazla \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131ya cevap veren, 70 personelin g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 112 Acil \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131 Merkezi, \u201cSiirt-Kurtalan aras\u0131 ka\u00e7 kilometre?\u201d, \u201cSaat ka\u00e7?\u201d ve \u201cKont\u00f6r\u00fcm kalmad\u0131\u201d, \u201cAnneme ula\u015fabilir misiniz? gibi gereksiz \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131larla da me\u015fgul edildi.<\/p>\n

Siirt 112 Acil \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131 Merkezi Sami Bozkurt, hayat kurtarmak i\u00e7in zamanla yar\u0131\u015fan merkezin tek bir numara \u00fczerinden hizmet verdi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n

Bozkurt, \u201cHalk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n hizmetindeyiz ama gereksiz \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131larla me\u015fgul edilmek istemiyoruz \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu tip aramalar, \u00e7ok acil ihtiyac\u0131 olan birinin \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ge\u00e7 yan\u0131tlamam\u0131za neden olabilir.
