Ba\u015fvuruyu inceleyen Anayasa Mahkemesi birinci b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc, oybirli\u011fiyle dosyay\u0131 Anayasa Mahkemesi Genel Kurulu\u2019na sevk etti.
