T\u00fcrkiye \u0130statistik Kurumu verilerine g\u00f6re 2023 \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7eyrek itibar\u0131yla hi\u00e7bir sosyal g\u00fcvenlik kurumuna bildirilmeden 8.7 milyon ki\u015fi istihdam edildi. Kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 istihdam, y\u0131l\u0131n ikinci \u00e7eyre\u011fine g\u00f6re 309 bin, ilk \u00e7eyre\u011fine k\u0131yasla ise 1.1 milyon ki\u015fi artt\u0131. Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kurumu verilerine bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 istihdam\u0131n bu y\u0131l y\u00fczde 31.9 seviyesinde oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 istihdam\u0131n en y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu sekt\u00f6r ise tar\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fc. Tar\u0131mda istihdam\u0131n y\u00fczde 67.5&#8217;i, hizmet sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde y\u00fczde 32.9&#8217;u, sanayide ise y\u00fczde 19.6&#8217;s\u0131 kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor.\u00a0 Ekonomik Kalk\u0131nma ve \u0130\u015f Birli\u011fi \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn (OECD) bu y\u0131l yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cKay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131k ve K\u00fcreselle\u015fme\u201d raporuna g\u00f6re k\u00fcresel i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 60&#8217;\u0131 kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2 M\u0130LYAR K\u0130\u015e\u0130 KAYIT DI\u015eI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bir ba\u015fka ifadeyle yakla\u015f\u0131k 2 milyar ki\u015fi kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 istihdam ediliyor. OECD&#8217;nin bulgular\u0131na g\u00f6re kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 istihdam\u0131n en y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu b\u00f6lgeler Afrika ve Asya oldu. Bu b\u00f6lgelerde, aralar\u0131nda Hindistan&#8217;\u0131n da bulundu\u011fu bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkede kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 istihdam\u0131n y\u00fczde 90 ve \u00fczerinde oldu\u011fu belirtiliyor. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck gelirli \u00fclkelerde kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 istihdam oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 89 olurken, y\u00fcksek gelirli \u00fclkelerde ise y\u00fczde 15 seviyesinde tespit edildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AVRUPA&#8217;DA \u0130LK SIRADAYIZ<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 istihdamda T\u00fcrkiye, Avrupa \u00fclkeleri aras\u0131nda ilk s\u0131rada yer al\u0131yor. Avrupa&#8217;da 2019 itibar\u0131yla t\u00fcm istihdam\u0131n y\u00fczde 11.1\u2019i kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 istihdam oran\u0131 en y\u00fcksek y\u00fczde 21.7 ile Romanya, y\u00fczde 20.8 ile Litvanya ve y\u00fczde 19.3 ile Bulgaristan\u2019da g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.
