Bu iddian\u0131n temelini, Se\u00e7ilbank vurgunuyla ilgili olarak Denizbank’\u0131n Levent \u015fubesinden emniyete verdi\u011fi kamera kay\u0131tlar\u0131 olu\u015fturuyor. Soru\u015fturma dosyas\u0131na g\u00f6re, banka y\u00f6netimi, 10 Nisan tarihinde \u015fubeden ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kamera kay\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131 ancak 28 Nisan tarihinde Mali Su\u00e7larla M\u00fccadele M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc’ne teslim etmi\u015f. Bu durum, kamera kay\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde de\u011fi\u015fiklik yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya tahrif edildi\u011fi \u015f\u00fcphesini ortaya \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015f.<\/p>\n

KAMERA KAYITLARIYLA TESP\u0130T ED\u0130LD\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n

Se\u00e7il Erzan’\u0131n odas\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren 77 kameran\u0131n kay\u0131tlar\u0131 incelendi\u011finde ise \u00e7e\u015fitli sorunlar tespit edilmi\u015f. Baz\u0131 materyallerde video program\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmamas\u0131 nedeniyle g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclere ula\u015f\u0131lamam\u0131\u015f, baz\u0131lar\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc kayb\u0131 ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015f ve CD \u00fczerindeki kamera saatlerinin kay\u0131tlarla uyu\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirlenmi\u015f. \u0130ki materyalde ise hi\u00e7bir kamera kayd\u0131na ula\u015f\u0131lamam\u0131\u015f.<\/p>\n

Bilirki\u015fi raporunda, belirli bir tarih ve saat aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda materyal \u00fczerindeki kay\u0131t saatleri ile kaydedilmi\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcler aras\u0131nda uyumsuzluklar tespit edilmi\u015f. \u00d6rne\u011fin, bir CD \u00fczerinde belirtilen saatler aras\u0131nda, banka m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn odas\u0131na giri\u015f \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde, g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc kayd\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu ifade edilmi\u015f.<\/p>\n
