Tun\u00e7, 5 y\u0131l alt\u0131nda onanan cezalarda yatar olmamas\u0131 uygulamas\u0131nda yenili\u011fe gidilebilece\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekti. Bu konuda Tun\u00e7, 1 ay ceza alan bir ki\u015fini belirlenecek orana g\u00f6re 12 g\u00fcn bile olsa cezas\u0131n\u0131n bir \u015fekilde cezaevinde infaz edilmesi yolunu de\u011ferlendirdiklerini ifade etti.<\/p>\n

Bu bizim kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z toplant\u0131larda dile getirildi. 2 y\u0131l ceza alan bir ki\u015finin \u00f6zellikle ko\u015fullu sal\u0131vermesi 1 y\u0131l. Bunun be\u015fte biri denetimli serbestlik oldu\u011funda da en az 9-9,5 ay gibi cezaevinde kalmas\u0131, cezas\u0131zl\u0131k alg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli.
