\u0130stanbul Anadolu Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131s\u0131 \u0130smail U\u00e7ar’\u0131n HSK’ye g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi mektupla kamuoyu g\u00fcndemine gelen Adalet Komisyonu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Bekir Altun’un, Ger\u00e7ek G\u00fcndem edit\u00f6r\u00fc Karabay hakk\u0131nda ‘iftira’ ve ‘hakaretten’ su\u00e7 duyurusunda bulundu\u011fu belirtildi.<\/p>\n

Ger\u00e7ek G\u00fcndem’in aktard\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re, Karabay hakk\u0131ndaki iddialar nedeniyle sabah saatlerinde evinden al\u0131narak, polis zoruyla \u00c7a\u011flayan Adliyesi’ne ifadeye g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n

\u00d6te yandan Karabay’\u0131n polis zoruyla ifadeye g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fclmesine gazeteciler tepki g\u00f6sterdi. Timur Soykan, sosyal medya hesab\u0131ndan yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 payla\u015f\u0131mda, “Yarg\u0131daki r\u00fc\u015fvet skandallar\u0131 \u00f6rt\u00fcl\u00fcrken bunu anlatan gazeteciler hedef oluyor. Gazeteci Furkan Karabay bu sabah evinden g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131. Yarg\u0131daki \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcmeyi anlatmak su\u00e7 de\u011fil, gazetecinin g\u00f6revidir.
