Asliye Ceza Mahkemesi\u2019nde g\u00f6r\u00fclen davada \u201ciftira\u201d su\u00e7undan 2 y\u0131l 6 ay hapis cezas\u0131 ald\u0131. Il\u0131cak, cezan\u0131n istinafta onanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan bug\u00fcn cezaevine girdi.<\/p>\n<p>T24&#8217;\u00fcn haberine g\u00f6re Il\u0131cak, cezan\u0131n onanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan avukat\u0131 Kemal Ertu\u011f Derin\u2019le birlikte bug\u00fcn Hendek Kad\u0131n A\u00e7\u0131k Ceza \u0130nfaz Kurumu\u2019na gitti. Ancak Il\u0131cak\u2019a \u201ccasusluk\u201d su\u00e7undan ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ceza nedeniyle denetimli serbestli\u011fi bulundu\u011fu i\u00e7in a\u00e7\u0131k cezaevinde kalamayaca\u011f\u0131 bildirildi. Bunun \u00fczerine Il\u0131cak, Sakarya 1 No\u2019lu Cezaevi&#8217;ne teslim oldu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8216;A\u00c7I\u011eA G\u0130RECE\u011e\u0130M\u0130Z\u0130 D\u00dc\u015e\u00dcN\u00dcRKEN KAPALIYA ALDILAR&#8217;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avukat Kemal Ertu\u011f Derin, \u201cNazl\u0131 Han\u0131m, 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda Orhan Kap\u0131c\u0131 hakk\u0131ndaki bir yaz\u0131s\u0131 nedeniyle 2021-2022 y\u0131llar\u0131nda yarg\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131 davada 2 y\u0131l 6 ay hapis cezas\u0131 ald\u0131. Ceza istinafta onan\u0131nca bunun \u00fczerine bug\u00fcn cezaevine teslim oldu. Normalde a\u00e7\u0131k cezaevine al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekiyordu. Ancak \u2018casusluk\u2019 su\u00e7lamas\u0131ndan denetimli serbestli\u011fi devam etti\u011fi i\u00e7in kapal\u0131 cezaevine girdi, yakla\u015f\u0131n 2-3 hafta kadar kapal\u0131 cezaevinde kalmas\u0131 bekleniyor. Ard\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131k cezaevine ge\u00e7erek denetimli serbestlikle ayr\u0131lacak \u201cdedi.<\/p>\n<p>Derin, \u201cNormalde bu su\u00e7un yatar\u0131 yok ancak ba\u015fka bir su\u00e7tan denetimli serbestli\u011fi oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in b\u00f6yle oldu. Bize Hendek Kad\u0131n A\u00e7\u0131k Kapal\u0131 Cezaevi\u2019ne gitmemiz s\u00f6ylendi, bug\u00fcn kendisiyle Hendek\u2019teki cezaevine gittik, 2-3 g\u00fcn cezaevinde kal\u0131p \u00e7\u0131kacakt\u0131. Fakat daha sonra bize \u2018Sizi yanl\u0131\u015f sevk etmi\u015fler, denetimli serbestli\u011finiz var\u2019 dediler. A\u00e7\u0131\u011fa girece\u011fimizi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrken, kapal\u0131ya ald\u0131lar. \u015eu an kendisi Sakarya 1 No\u2019lu Cezaevi\u2019nde\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NE OLMU\u015eTU?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il\u0131cak hakk\u0131nda, kapat\u0131lan \u00d6zg\u00fcr D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce gazetesinde 16 Haziran 2016 tarihinde yay\u0131mlanan \u201cHanefi Avc\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Operasyon Beklentisi\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 yaz\u0131 gerek\u00e7esiyle \u0130stanbul Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019nca iddianame haz\u0131rland\u0131. \u0130ddianamede Il\u0131cak\u2019a \u201ciftira\u201d su\u00e7lamas\u0131 y\u00f6neltildi. S\u00f6z konusu yaz\u0131s\u0131nda, \u201cmilli damar \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcnden\u201d bahsetti\u011fi ve eski Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Hanefi Avc\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan s\u00f6z konusu \u00f6rg\u00fctle ilgili Ankara Cumhuriyet Savc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na \u015fik\u00e2yette bulunuldu\u011fu aktar\u0131l\u0131yordu. \u0130ddianamede, yaz\u0131n\u0131n \u015fikayete konu edilmesiyle yaz\u0131 i\u00e7eri\u011fine istinaden, \u201chakk\u0131nda soru\u015fturma y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc belirtilen bir \u00f6rg\u00fct mensubu olarak g\u00f6sterilen kamu g\u00f6revlilerinin isimleri a\u00e7\u0131k bir \u015fekilde belirtilip haklar\u0131nda hukuka ayk\u0131r\u0131 fiil isnat edildi\u011fi\u201d ileri s\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul 15.
