Son 15 g\u00fcnde gelen 45 liral\u0131k zamla kuzu karkas\u0131n kilogram fiyat\u0131 y\u00fczde 18,3 art\u0131\u015fla 245 liradan 290 liraya y\u00fckseldi.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnya\u2019dan Mehmet Hanifi G\u00fclel\u2019in haberine g\u00f6re; \u0130stanbul Perakendeci Kasaplar Esnaf Odas\u0131 Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ayd\u0131n T\u00fcfek\u00e7i, kasaplarda kuzu etin kilogram fiyat\u0131n\u0131n ise kalitesi ve ya\u011f durumuna g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fmekle beraber, 590 ila 680 lira aras\u0131nda sat\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Bu durumun her y\u0131l\u0131n bu d\u00f6neminde s\u00fct kuzusunun bitmesi nedeniyle may\u0131s ay\u0131na ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden T\u00fcfek\u00e7i, \u201cAncak bu y\u0131l farkl\u0131 bir durumun s\u00f6z konusu. Dana etinde oldu\u011fu gibi \u015fu anda besici ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda ge\u00e7inen baz\u0131 insanlar \u2018piyasada kuzu yok, kuzunuzu kesmeyin, 300 lira olacak\u2019 diyerek kuzu eti fiyat\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7\u0131yor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BU HAFTA B\u0130R ZAM DAHA GEL\u0130YOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sadece d\u00fcn kuzu karkas etine 25 lira zam yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken T\u00fcfek\u00e7i, \u201c\u015eu anda b\u00f6lgelere g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fmekle beraber kuzu karkas\u0131n fiyat\u0131; Bat\u0131 illerinde 295 lira, Do\u011fu illerinde ise 285 lira civar\u0131nda. Toptan et sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 yapan t\u00fcccarlar\u0131n konu\u015fmalar\u0131na g\u00f6re de bu hafta bir zam daha bekleniyor. Dana etin fiyat\u0131 ise \u015fu an stabil, bir zam yok. Dana etin karkas kilogram fiyat\u0131 b\u00f6lgeden b\u00f6lgeye de\u011fi\u015fmekle beraber ortalama olarak 240 lira ile 255 lira aras\u0131nda\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Kuzu etinin kasaplar taraf\u0131ndan sat\u0131\u015fa sunuldu\u011funda; kira, elektrik ve personeli gibi giderlerin de eklenmesiyle fiyat\u0131n daha da y\u00fckseldi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken T\u00fcfek\u00e7i, al\u0131m yap\u0131lan karkas ette s\u00f6z konusu maliyetlerin y\u00fczde 45\u2019i oran\u0131nda fiyata yans\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Kemikli kuzu kolunun 400 ile 425 lira civar\u0131nda sat\u0131\u015fa sunulaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten T\u00fcfek\u00e7i, \u201cKemiksiz kuzu ku\u015fba\u015f\u0131n\u0131n kilogram fiyat\u0131 kasaplarda 590\u2019dan 680\u2019e kadar y\u00fckselmesi bekleniyor. Dana k\u0131yman\u0131n kilogram\u0131 b\u00f6lgeden b\u00f6lgeye de\u011fi\u015fmekle beraber 390 liradan, 470 liraya kadar \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.
