(The Turkish Post) –<\/strong> Japonya Savunma Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 Ulusal Savunma \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc, \u00c7in ve Rusya’n\u0131n, stat\u00fckoyu daha kolay de\u011fi\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in g\u00fc\u00e7 kullanabilecekleri yeni bir uluslararas\u0131 d\u00fczen olu\u015fturma y\u00f6n\u00fcnde “ortak stratejik hedef” izledi\u011fi de\u011ferlendirmesinde bulundu.<\/p>\n

Enstit\u00fcn\u00fcn “\u00c7in G\u00fcvenlik Raporu’nda”, Japonya’n\u0131n kuzeydeki kom\u015fusu Rusya ve bat\u0131daki kom\u015fusu \u00c7in’e y\u00f6nelik de\u011ferlendirmeler dikkati \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n

Raporda, \u00c7in ve Rusya y\u00f6netimlerinin, “stat\u00fckoyu daha kolay de\u011fi\u015ftirmek amac\u0131yla g\u00fc\u00e7 kullanabilecekleri yeni bir\u00a0uluslararas\u0131\u00a0d\u00fczen olu\u015fturma do\u011frultusunda ortak stratejik hedef izledi\u011fi” ileri s\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n

\u00c7in Devlet Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u015ei Cinping ve Rusya Devlet Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Vladimir Putin’in “\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve demokrasi gibi temel de\u011ferlere dayanan mevcut k\u00fcresel d\u00fczene kar\u015f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fmanca bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131na sahip” oldu\u011fu iddias\u0131na\u00a0yer\u00a0verilen raporda, iki liderin de mevcut d\u00fczeni “kendi \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmenin \u00f6n\u00fcnde bir engel olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc” ve s\u00f6z konusu durumu de\u011fi\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in i\u015fbirliklerini daha da h\u0131zland\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n

\u015ei’nin, Bat\u0131l\u0131 \u00fclkelere ve NATO \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcndeki Avrupa g\u00fcvenlik \u00e7er\u00e7evesine kar\u015f\u0131 “daha \u00f6z g\u00fcvenli bir duru\u015f sergileyen Rusya’y\u0131 mevcut d\u00fczeni d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmeye y\u00f6nelik \u00e7abalarda “\u00f6nemli bir stratejik ortak” olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u00a0ifade\u00a0edildi.<\/p>\n

Raporda, \u00c7in ve Rusya’n\u0131n, Japonya \u00e7evresindeki sularda ortak devriyeler d\u00fczenledikleri ve bu devriyeler vas\u0131tas\u0131yla askeri i\u015fbirli\u011fini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirdikleri, iki \u00fclkenin gelecek d\u00f6nemde “fiili bir ittifak” kurmas\u0131n\u0131n olas\u0131l\u0131klar aras\u0131nda yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n
