Ard\u0131ndan elini y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc y\u0131kama bahanesiyle kad\u0131n\u0131n evine girdi. \u00d6lmez\u2019in \u00fcslup ve tav\u0131rlar\u0131na tepki g\u00f6steren kad\u0131n, \u00d6lmez\u2019i evinden kovdu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DAHA \u00d6NCE DE SOKAKTA TAC\u0130Z ETM\u0130\u015e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6lmez hakk\u0131nda su\u00e7 duyurusunda bulunan M.D., daha \u00f6nce de sokakta \u00d6lmez\u2019in tacizine maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6lmez\u2019i \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 kuruma \u015fik\u00e2yet etmesine ra\u011fmen bir ad\u0131m at\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve hatta Seydi\u015fehir Sosyal Yard\u0131mla\u015fma ve Dayan\u0131\u015fma Vakf\u0131\u2019na m\u00fcd\u00fcr yap\u0131larak terfi ettirildi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Ard\u0131ndan Seydi\u015fehir Asliye Ceza Mahkemesi\u2019nde Mehmet \u00d6lmez hakk\u0131nda \u201cKamu g\u00f6revlisinin sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kolayl\u0131ktan faydalanmak suretiyle cinsel taciz\u201d su\u00e7undan dava a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. \u00d6lmez, mahkeme su\u00e7lamalar\u0131 reddetse de M.D.\u2019nin k\u0131z\u0131 da tacize tan\u0131k oldu\u011funu anlatt\u0131. Dinlenen tan\u0131klar, \u201cMehmet \u00d6lmez\u2019in taciz etti\u011fi kad\u0131na \u015fik\u00e2yet\u00e7i olmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in para teklif etti\u011fini\u201d de s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Mahkeme, 15 Kas\u0131m 2023 tarihinde \u00d6lmez\u2019e iki defa i\u015fledi\u011fi \u201ccinsle taciz\u201d su\u00e7u i\u00e7in sadece 5 bin 400 TL adli para cezas\u0131 verdi, h\u00fckm\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131n\u0131 da geriye b\u0131rakt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2018YANLI\u015e ANLA\u015eILMA\u2019 DEM\u0130\u015eLER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>AK Parti\u2019li Seydi\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mehmet Tutal\u2019a yak\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla da bilinen Mehmet \u00d6lmez i\u00e7in Konya Valili\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131lan soru\u015fturman\u0131n ise kapat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Yavuz \u00dcn\u00fcvar taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen soru\u015fturman\u0131n \u201cOlay\u0131n bir yanl\u0131\u015f anla\u015f\u0131lmadan ibaret oldu\u011fu\u201d ifadeleriyle kapat\u0131larak bir skandala imza at\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ma\u011fdur kad\u0131n\u0131n avukat\u0131 ve CHP Meclis \u00fcyesi Hikmet Balc\u0131, \u201cSan\u0131\u011f\u0131n olay kapans\u0131n diye kad\u0131na 25 bin TL \u00f6dedi\u011fini ve bunun da ceza dosyas\u0131na yans\u0131yan deliller aras\u0131nda bulundu\u011funu\u201d s\u00f6yledi.
