Asliye Ceza Mahkemesi’nde g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n

Pehlivan, Yarg\u0131tay \u00dcyesi \u00d6mer Faruk Ayd\u0131ner hakk\u0131nda bulunulan su\u00e7 duyurusunu k\u00f6\u015fesinde yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in “kamu g\u00f6revlisine g\u00f6revinden dolay\u0131 hakaret” su\u00e7lamas\u0131yla yarg\u0131lan\u0131rken,\u00a0 \u00d6mer Faruk Ayd\u0131ner, ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn avukat\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla \u015fikayetinden vazge\u00e7ti\u011fini mahkemeye bildirdi.<\/p>\n

Duru\u015fmada, Bar\u0131\u015f Pehlivan, “Ben gazeteciyim itab\u0131n\u0131n aras\u0131nda bomba konularak \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclenlerin meslekta\u015f\u0131y\u0131m. Sadece gazeteciyim. Hem kendi \u00e7ocu\u011fum hem sizin \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131z i\u00e7in gazetecilik yap\u0131yorum. Bedeli ne olursa olsun, gazetecilik su\u00e7 de\u011fildir” dedi.<\/p>\n

H\u00fcseyin Ers\u00f6z ise, “M\u00fcvekkilimizin yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu haberin dayana\u011f\u0131 olan belgeleri mahkemeniz ile payla\u015fm\u0131\u015f. M\u00fcvekkilimiz taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan haberin ifade h\u00fcrriyeti ve bas\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kapsam\u0131ndad\u0131r. Gazetecinin g\u00f6revi halk\u0131n haber alma \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc sa\u011flamak oldu\u011fun a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Evraklar\u0131 dayanarak yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu haberin bas\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kapsam\u0131nda oldu\u011fu tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131z bir ger\u00e7ektir. Davan\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fme karar\u0131 verilmesini talep ediyoruz” dedi.<\/p>\n

Mahkeme ba\u015fkan\u0131 Pehlivan’\u0131n son s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc s\u00f6ylemesi i\u00e7in s\u00f6z verdi. Bar\u0131\u015f Pehlivan son s\u00f6z\u00fcnde, “Gazetecilik su\u00e7 de\u011fildir” dedi.<\/p>\n
