Eyl\u00fcl\u2019de toplam sat\u0131\u015flar 102 bin 656 oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda \u0130stanbul 15 bin 247 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve y\u00fczde 14,9 ile en y\u00fcksek paya sahip oldu. Sat\u0131\u015f say\u0131lar\u0131na g\u00f6re \u0130stanbul\u2019u 9 bin 48 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve y\u00fczde 8,8 pay ile Ankara, 5 bin 476 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve y\u00fczde 5,3 pay ile \u0130zmir izledi. Konut sat\u0131\u015f say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n en az oldu\u011fu iller s\u0131ras\u0131yla 47 konut ile Ardahan, 55 konut ile Hakkari ve 77 konut ile Bayburt oldu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130POTEKL\u0130 KONUT SATI\u015eI YARI YARIYA D\u00dc\u015eT\u00dc<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 Ocak-Eyl\u00fcl d\u00f6neminde bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re %14,9 azal\u0131\u015fla 900 bin 74 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye genelinde ipotekli konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 50,2 azal\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stererek 8 bin 446 oldu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130K\u0130NC\u0130 EL KONUT SATI\u015eINDA D\u00dc\u015e\u00dc\u015e DAHA B\u00dcY\u00dcK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye genelinde ilk el konut sat\u0131\u015f say\u0131s\u0131, Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 15,2 azalarak 30 bin 488 oldu. Toplam konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7inde ilk el konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 29,7 oldu. \u0130lk el konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 Ocak-Eyl\u00fcl d\u00f6neminde ise bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 13,9 azal\u0131\u015fla 268 bin 597 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>YABANCILARA SATILAN KONUT DA AZALDI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yabanc\u0131lara yap\u0131lan konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 42,0 azalarak 2 bin 930 oldu. Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda toplam konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7inde yabanc\u0131lara yap\u0131lan konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 2,9 oldu. Yabanc\u0131lara yap\u0131lan konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda ilk s\u0131ray\u0131 bin 7 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile Antalya ald\u0131.
