Soru\u015fturma s\u00fcrecinde firma taraf\u0131ndan kurula g\u00f6nderilen uzla\u015fma metninde, ihlalin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve kapsam\u0131 ile uzla\u015fma ara karar\u0131nda \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen azami idari para cezas\u0131 kabul edildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UZLA\u015eMAYLA CEZADA Y\u00dcZDE 25 \u0130ND\u0130R\u0130M<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rekabet Kurulu\u2019nca bug\u00fcn al\u0131nan karara g\u00f6re; Samet G\u0131da\u2019n\u0131n 4054 say\u0131l\u0131 Rekabetin Korunmas\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Kanun\u2019un \u2018Rekabeti s\u0131n\u0131rlay\u0131c\u0131 anla\u015fma, uyumlu eylem ve kararlar\u2019 ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 4\u2019\u00fcnc\u00fc maddesini ihlal etti\u011fi tespit edildi.
