{"id":32402,"date":"2023-10-12T10:02:21","date_gmt":"2023-10-12T07:02:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.turkishpost.net\/ar\/?p=32402"},"modified":"2023-10-12T10:02:21","modified_gmt":"2023-10-12T07:02:21","slug":"kullanilmayan-cep-telefonlariyla-ilgili-yeni-karar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.turkishpost.net\/ar\/kullanilmayan-cep-telefonlariyla-ilgili-yeni-karar\/","title":{"rendered":"Kullan\u0131lmayan cep telefonlar\u0131yla ilgili yeni karar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>(The Turkish Post) &#8211;<\/strong> Kesintisiz olarak 7 y\u0131l s\u00fcreyle elektronik haberle\u015fme \u015febekelerinden hizmet almad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edilen cihazlar\u0131n ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n kesilmesine ili\u015fkin s\u00fcre 1 Ocak 2024\u2019te itibaren 1 y\u0131la indirilecek.<\/p>\n<p>Elektronik kimlik bilgisini haiz cihazlar\u0131n kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131na dair y\u00f6netmelikte de\u011fi\u015fiklik yapan Bilgi Teknolojileri ve \u0130leti\u015fim Kurumu (BTK) y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi Resmi Gazete\u2019nin bug\u00fcnk\u00fc say\u0131s\u0131nda yay\u0131mland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fe g\u00f6re, kullan\u0131lmayan, ka\u00e7ak, kay\u0131p, \u00e7al\u0131nt\u0131, elektronik kimlik bilgisi de\u011fi\u015ftirilmi\u015f ya da ba\u015fka cihazlara kopyalanm\u0131\u015f, cihazlar\u0131n beyaz listeden \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131larak siyah listeye dahil edilmesi ve ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n kesilmesi i\u00e7in belirlenen s\u00fcre 1 Ocak 2024 tarihinden itibaren 7 y\u0131ldan 1 y\u0131la indirilecek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1 YIL KULLANILMADIYSA BA\u011eLANTISI KES\u0130LECEK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu kapsamda, BTK\u2019n\u0131n veri taban\u0131nda yer alan ve kesintisiz 1 y\u0131l s\u00fcreyle kullan\u0131lmayan cep telefonlar\u0131n\u0131n ileti\u015fim ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131 24 saat i\u00e7inde kesilecek, cihaz bilgileri siyah listeye dahil edilecek.<\/p>\n<p>Siyah listeye al\u0131nan cihaz\u0131n bir abone numaras\u0131 ile tekrar kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 halinde, GSM operat\u00f6r\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan bildirim sonras\u0131 cihaza ait IMEI numaras\u0131 tekrar kay\u0131tl\u0131 hale getirilerek beyaz listeye al\u0131nacak. Bu talep daha \u00f6nce cihaz\u0131n ithalat\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 veya imalat\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla yap\u0131labiliyordu.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fe eklenen ge\u00e7ici maddeye g\u00f6re, siyah listeye al\u0131nan bir cihaz\u0131n son kullan\u0131c\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n BTK kay\u0131tlar\u0131yla uyu\u015fmamas\u0131 halinde, ilgili cihaz\u0131n IMEI numaras\u0131n\u0131n tekrar kay\u0131tl\u0131 hale getirilmesi talebi cihaz\u0131n ithalat\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 veya imalat\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla yap\u0131labilecek.
