\nK\u0131l\u0131\u00e7daro\u011flu yeni anayasa ile ilgili olarak:\u00a0 “Ahlaki ve siyasi bir me\u015frutiyeti olmayan iktidara kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele veriyoruz. Yar\u0131\u015f, e\u015fit ko\u015fullarda verilir. D\u00fcnya tarihinde bir ilktir. Yolsuzlu\u011fu me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131ran, soru\u015fturma a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 engelleyen bir kanun TBMM\u2019den ge\u00e7ti.<\/p>\n

Erdo\u011fan sivil bir anayasa yapal\u0131m diye konu\u015fma yapt\u0131. Erdo\u011fan ger\u00e7ekten adaletten yana m\u0131? Erdo\u011fan ger\u00e7ekten demokrasiden yana m\u0131?<\/p>\n

D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131 diye hapishaneler dolu. Anayasa’n\u0131n 25, 26 ve 27’nci maddelerinde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve ifade \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ifade ediliyor. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesini ifade etti\u011fi i\u00e7in bir ki\u015fi i\u00e7erdeyse bu anayasa ask\u0131da demektir. Merdan Yanarda\u011f, gazeteciler, avukatlar, askerler niye i\u00e7erde?<\/p>\n

Anayasa madde 28, bas\u0131n h\u00fcrd\u00fcr sans\u00fcr edilemez. Devletin bankalar\u0131 ilanlar\u0131 kime veriyor? Demokrasiden, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckten yana olan bir gazeteye, haber sitesine ilan veriyor mu? RT\u00dcK tam bir infaz kurumu. \u0130lanlar havuz medyas\u0131na gidiyor.
