T\u00fcm bu s\u00fcre\u00e7leri hep beraber takip edece\u011fiz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Tun\u00e7, T\u0130P Hatay Milletvekili Can Atalay ile ilgili Yarg\u0131tay\u2019\u0131n onama karar\u0131na ili\u015fkin soruyu ise \u015f\u00f6yle yan\u0131t verdi:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYarg\u0131 bir karar verdi ve bu karara hepimiz sayg\u0131 duyaca\u011f\u0131z. Karar elbette ki ele\u015ftirilebilir ama \u2018Karar\u0131 kabul etmiyoruz. Gezi direni\u015ftir. Yarg\u0131lanamaz, onurumuzdur, o gen\u00e7ler onurlu bir m\u00fccadele vermi\u015ftir\u2019 \u015feklindeki ifadeler demokratik hukuk devletinde olmaz. Mahkumiyet verilenlerden bir tanesiyle ilgili olarak, se\u00e7ilmi\u015f olmas\u0131 nedeniyle acaba \u2018Dokunulmazl\u0131k kapsam\u0131nda m\u0131d\u0131r\u2019 tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 var. Bununla ilgili de Yarg\u0131tay gerekli karar\u0131 verdi. Anayasam\u0131z\u0131n 83\u2019\u00fcnc\u00fc maddesinde \u2018Bir milletvekili sorguya \u00e7ekilemez, sorgulanamaz, yarg\u0131lanamaz\u2019 c\u00fcmlesi var ama alttaki f\u0131kralar\u0131 okumayanlar, sadece dokunulmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131n o f\u0131kradan ibaret oldu\u011funu zannediyorlar. A\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki f\u0131kralar\u0131 okudu\u011fumuz zaman se\u00e7imden \u00f6nce soru\u015fturmas\u0131na ba\u015flanmak kayd\u0131yla. Ak\u015fama kadar haber al\u0131namay\u0131nca, yak\u0131nlar\u0131 endi\u015feleniyor ve jandarmaya haber veriyorlar. Sonras\u0131nda veteriner hekimin cesedine ula\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor.
