Taslak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya g\u00f6re kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme girecek binalar i\u00e7in kat maliklerinin tamam\u0131n\u0131n r\u0131zas\u0131 yerine \u00fc\u00e7te ikisinin r\u0131zas\u0131yla s\u00fcre\u00e7 ba\u015flat\u0131labilecek.<\/p>\n<p>Taslak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmayla evini kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme verenlere yap\u0131lan kira yard\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n da artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.
