(The Turkish Post) \u2013 <\/strong>\u0130stanbul Esenyurt’ta polis merkezinde \u00f6zel g\u00fcvenlik m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Birol Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m’\u0131n \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcyle ilgili yarg\u0131lanan 12 polisin yarg\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131 davada, 6 san\u0131\u011f\u0131n “bilin\u00e7li taksirle \u00f6l\u00fcme sebebiyet verme” su\u00e7undan 3 y\u0131l 9’ar ay hapis cezas\u0131na \u00e7arpt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na, 6 san\u0131\u011f\u0131n ise beraatine karar verildi.<\/p>\n

Bak\u0131rk\u00f6y 13. A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesi’ndeki duru\u015fmaya, 8 tutuksuz san\u0131k ile taraflar\u0131n avukatlar\u0131 kat\u0131l\u0131rken, maktul Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m’\u0131n ailesi de duru\u015fmada haz\u0131r bulundu.<\/p>\n

Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m’\u0131n ailesinin avukatlar\u0131, san\u0131klar\u0131n cezaland\u0131r\u0131lmalar\u0131n\u0131 talep etti.<\/p>\n

S\u00f6z verilen tutuksuz san\u0131klar ise su\u00e7suz olduklar\u0131n\u0131 iddia ederek, beraatlerini istedi.<\/p>\n

Mahkeme heyeti, san\u0131klar S.Y, H.K, C.G, E.G, B.K. ve K.Y’nin \u00fczerlerine at\u0131l\u0131 su\u00e7u i\u015flediklerine dair her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ku\u015fkudan uzak, kesin, yeterli ve inand\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 delil elde edilememesi ve isnat edilen eylemlerin san\u0131klar taraf\u0131ndan i\u015flendi\u011finin sabit olmamas\u0131 nedeniyle beraatlerine h\u00fckmetti.<\/p>\n

San\u0131klar, komiser yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 \u0130.A.S, polis memurlar\u0131 M.C.K, \u0130.G, M.\u015e, E.K. ile M.\u015e’nin ise “bilin\u00e7li taksirle \u00f6l\u00fcme sebebiyet verme” su\u00e7undan 3 y\u0131l 9’ar ay hapis cezas\u0131na \u00e7arpt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verildi.<\/p>\n

San\u0131klar \u0130.A.S, M.\u015e, B.K, M.\u015e. ile E.K’nin, ma\u011fdur Bar\u0131\u015f Uysal’a ve Alihan Uysal’a y\u00f6nelik “kasten yaralama” su\u00e7undan 6’\u015far bin lira adli para cezas\u0131na \u00e7arpt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve h\u00fckm\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131n\u0131n geriye b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131 kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
