Bu, endeksteki en b\u00fcy\u00fck d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015flerden biri olarak kay\u0131tlara ge\u00e7ti. Ay\u00e7i\u00e7ek ya\u011f\u0131nda temmuz ay\u0131ndaki y\u00fczde 12,1\u2019lik keskin y\u00fckseli\u015f, a\u011fustosta y\u00fczde 3,1 kadar geriledi.<\/p>\n<p>FAO Tah\u0131l Fiyat Endeksi, a\u011fustosta temmuz ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 0,7 d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Uluslararas\u0131 bu\u011fday fiyatlar\u0131, bir\u00e7ok \u00f6nde gelen ihracat\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n sezonluk arz\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f nedeniyle a\u011fustos ay\u0131nda y\u00fczde 3,8 d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Brezilya\u2019daki rekor hasattan elde edilen bol miktarda k\u00fcresel m\u0131s\u0131r arz\u0131 ve ABD\u2019de hasad\u0131n yak\u0131nda ba\u015flayacak olmas\u0131 gibi nedenlerle, uluslararas\u0131 tah\u0131l fiyatlar\u0131 y\u00fczde 3,4 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p>FAO S\u00fct \u00dcr\u00fcnleri Fiyat Endeksi\u2019ne g\u00f6re s\u00fct fiyat\u0131 temmuz ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 4 d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Tereya\u011f\u0131 ve peynir fiyatlar\u0131 da geriledi. FAO Et Fiyat Endeksindeki ayl\u0131k d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f ise y\u00fczde 3 oldu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TEK ARTAN \u015eEKER VE P\u0130R\u0130N\u00c7<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A\u011fustos ay\u0131nda artan ise sadece pirin\u00e7 ve \u015feker fiyatlar\u0131 oldu. FAO T\u00fcm Pirin\u00e7 Fiyat Endeksi temmuz ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 9,8 artarak 15 y\u0131l\u0131n en y\u00fcksek seviyesine ula\u015ft\u0131. \u015eeker Fiyat Endeksi ise a\u011fustosta ayl\u0131k bazda y\u00fczde 1,3 artt\u0131. Bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n a\u011fustos ay\u0131na g\u00f6re ise y\u00fczde y\u00fczde 34,1 y\u00fckseldi. K\u00fcresel g\u0131da fiyatlar\u0131 son bir y\u0131lda ilk kez nisan ay\u0131nda yeniden y\u00fckselmi\u015f may\u0131s ay\u0131nda tekrar d\u00fc\u015fmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Haziranda da bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f s\u00fcrerken son iki y\u0131l\u0131n dip noktas\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Temmuzda ayl\u0131k y\u00fczde 1,3 y\u00fckseli\u015fin ard\u0131ndan a\u011fustos itibar\u0131yla k\u00fcresel g\u0131da fiyatlar\u0131 yeniden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fe ge\u00e7ti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00dc\u00c7 YILDIR ARALIKSIZ ARTIYOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye \u0130statistik Kurumu (T\u00dc\u0130K) verilerine g\u00f6re g\u0131da fiyatlar\u0131 A\u011fustos 2020\u2019den bu yana 36 ayd\u0131r aral\u0131ks\u0131z art\u0131yor. Pazartesi a\u00e7\u0131klanan a\u011fustos enflasyon verisine g\u00f6re T\u00fcketici Fiyat Endeksi (T\u00dcFE) y\u0131ll\u0131k y\u00fczde 58,9, ayl\u0131k ise y\u00fczde 9,09 oldu. G\u0131da enflasyonu ise y\u0131ll\u0131k y\u00fczde 72,86, ayl\u0131k y\u00fczde 8,48 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.
