Emir, d\u00fczenleme i\u00e7in \u00f6zellikle 34 ya\u015f s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n belirlenmesinde 2007\u2019ye kadar ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc nedeniyle \u00fcniversiteye giremeyen kad\u0131nlar\u0131n durumunun etkili oldu\u011funu \u00f6ne s\u00fcrd\u00fc. Belirli bir kesime ayr\u0131cal\u0131k sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 iddias\u0131yla g\u00fcndeme gelen uygulama, Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Cevdet Y\u0131lmaz\u2019a da soruldu.
