Aref Ghafouri\u2019nin 6 ay boyunca borsalarda i\u015flem yasa\u011f\u0131 almas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 portf\u00f6y\u00fcnde bulunan hisseler sat\u0131\u015fa sunuldu.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00fcrriyet\u2019te yer alan habere g\u00f6re, Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu\u2019nun yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 incelemeler neticesinde Aref Ghafouri, Avrupa Yat\u0131r\u0131m Holding hissesinde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015flemlerden \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc 6 ay boyunca i\u015flem yasa\u011f\u0131 ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131. Bunun akabinde Merkezi Kay\u0131t Kurulu\u015fu, Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu\u2019nun VII-128.1 say\u0131l\u0131 \u201cPay Tebli\u011fi\u201d\u2018nin 15\u2019nci maddesi gere\u011fince, pay senetleri Borsada i\u015flem g\u00f6ren ortakl\u0131klar\u0131n Kurul kayd\u0131nda olan ancak Borsada i\u015flem g\u00f6rmeyen stat\u00fcde pay senetlerinin Borsada sat\u0131\u015fa konu edilebilmesi amac\u0131yla Merkezi Kay\u0131t Kurulu\u015fu\u2019na yap\u0131lan ba\u015fvurulara ait portf\u00f6yleri s\u0131ralad\u0131. Portf\u00f6yler aras\u0131nda ill\u00fczyonist Aref Ghafouri\u2019nin de hisseleri yer ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Buna g\u00f6re Aref Ghafouri\u2019nin Alkim Alkali, Anel Elektrik, Aselsan, Astor Enerji, Avrasya GYO, B\u0130M, CW Enerji, Ege Profil, Forte Bilgi \u0130\u015flem, Garanti BBVA, HUN Yenilenebilir Enerji, \u0130zdemir Enerji, Koray GYO, QUA Granite, Tatl\u0131p\u0131nar Enerji hisseleri oldu\u011fu belirlendi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TEDB\u0130R GET\u0130R\u0130LM\u0130\u015eT\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ghafouri\u2019ye yine Avrupa Yat\u0131r\u0131m Holding hissesinde B\u0130ST yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 baz\u0131nda tedbir uygulamas\u0131 da getirmi\u015fti. Borsa \u0130stanbul\u2019dan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, Borsa \u0130stanbul A.\u015e. Piyasalar\u0131nda Uygulanacak G\u00f6zetim Tedbirleri Y\u00f6nergesi\u2019nin 5. maddesi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, Avrupa Yat\u0131r\u0131m Holding A.\u015e.
