Haziran ay\u0131nda konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 y\u0131ll\u0131k y\u00fczde 44,4 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fle iki y\u0131l\u0131n en sert y\u0131ll\u0131k d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc kaydetmi\u015fti. Konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda Haziran itibariyle 5 ayd\u0131r y\u0131ll\u0131k bazda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f izlenmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n

Temmuz ay\u0131ndaki y\u0131ll\u0131k art\u0131\u015fla birlikte sat\u0131\u015flardaki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f serisi de sonlanm\u0131\u015f oldu.<\/p>\n

T\u00dc\u0130K verilerine g\u00f6re, Temmuz’da konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 109 bin 548 adet oldu. Konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda \u0130stanbul 15 bin 724 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve y\u00fczde 14,4 ile en y\u00fcksek paya sahip oldu. Sat\u0131\u015f say\u0131lar\u0131na g\u00f6re \u0130stanbul’u 9 bin 688 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve y\u00fczde 8,8 pay ile Ankara, 5 bin 203 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve y\u00fczde 4,7 pay ile \u0130zmir izledi.<\/p>\n

T\u00fcrkiye genelinde ipotekli konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 Temmuz ay\u0131nda bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 24,1 azal\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stererek 14 bin 533 oldu.<\/p>\n

Toplam konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7inde ipotekli sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 13,3 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n

Ocak-Temmuz d\u00f6neminde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen ipotekli konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ise bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 28,2 azal\u0131\u015fla 136 bin 63 oldu.<\/p>\n

Temmuz ay\u0131ndaki ipotekli sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n 3 bin 633’\u00fc; Ocak-Temmuz d\u00f6nemindeki ipotekli sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n ise 43 bin 132’si ilk el sat\u0131\u015f olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n

Yabanc\u0131lara yap\u0131lan konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 Temmuz ay\u0131nda bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 28,9 azalarak 2 bin 801 oldu. Temmuz ay\u0131nda toplam konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7inde yabanc\u0131lara yap\u0131lan konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 2,6 oldu.<\/p>\n

Yabanc\u0131lara yap\u0131lan konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda ilk s\u0131ray\u0131 996 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile Antalya ald\u0131. Antalya’y\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131yla 832 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile \u0130stanbul ve 263 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile Mersin izledi.<\/p>\n

Temmuz ay\u0131nda Rusya Federasyonu vatanda\u015flar\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye’den 772 konut sat\u0131n ald\u0131.
