(The Turkish Post) –<\/strong> Ahaber’in iddias\u0131na g\u00f6re, Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Erdo\u011fan’\u0131n talimatlar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda Suriyeli s\u0131\u011f\u0131nmac\u0131lar ve ka\u00e7ak g\u00f6\u00e7menler ile ilgili e\u015f zamanl\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Suriyelilerin d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc i\u00e7in “Halep modeli”nin devreye sokulmas\u0131 planlan\u0131rken, 90 g\u00fcnl\u00fck vize ile T\u00fcrkiye’ye gelip daha sonra uzatmak isteyenler i\u00e7in AB \u00f6rne\u011fi uygulanacak.<\/p>\n

S\u0131\u011f\u0131nmac\u0131lar\u0131n geri g\u00f6nderilmesi ve d\u00fczensiz g\u00f6\u00e7le m\u00fccadele konusunda AK Parti genel merkez, grup ve \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 aras\u0131nda \u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir mekanizma olu\u015fturuldu. Bu mekanizma sayesinde hem uygulama hem de yasal ad\u0131mlar h\u0131zla at\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n

YEN\u0130 MODEL<\/strong><\/p>\n

Suriyeli s\u0131\u011f\u0131nmac\u0131lar ve ka\u00e7ak g\u00f6\u00e7menler ile ilgili yeni modelin detaylar\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle:<\/p>\n

\u0130\u015eYERLER\u0130 A\u00c7ILACAK<\/strong><\/p>\n

Suriyelilerin d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc i\u00e7in \u00f6ncelikli olarak orada bar\u0131nma ve istihdam sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesi gerekiyor. Bar\u0131nma i\u00e7in Katar ile ortak konutlar yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Gaziantep ba\u015fta olmak Suriye s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131ndaki illerdeki i\u015fverenler g\u00fcvenli b\u00f6lgelerde i\u015fyerleri a\u00e7mak istiyor. Bu yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda oralarda ticari hayat canlanacak ve istihdam yarat\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n

HALEP MODEL\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n

As\u0131l hedef ise g\u00fcvenli b\u00f6lgelerdeki sistemin Halep’de de uygulanmas\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye bu konuda Rusya ve Suriye ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerin i\u00e7eri\u011fi ise Halep’in merkez al\u0131narak, sosyal ve ticari hayat\u0131n canland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131. G\u00fcvenli b\u00f6lgelerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra Halep de canlan\u0131rsa T\u00fcrkiye’de ya\u015fayan y\u00fcz binlerce Suriyeli \u00fclkelerine geri d\u00f6necek.<\/p>\n

E\u015e ZAMANLI D\u0130\u011eER ADIMLAR<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ka\u00e7ak g\u00f6\u00e7menler konusunda da yeni ad\u0131mlar at\u0131lacak. Pakistan ve Afganistan ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere ka\u00e7ak g\u00f6\u00e7menlere kar\u015f\u0131 \u00fclkelerle ili\u015fkiler geli\u015ftiriliyor. \u00dclkelerine g\u00f6nderilenler ka\u00e7ak g\u00f6\u00e7menler i\u00e7in \u00fclkelerinin havayollar\u0131 tercih ediliyor. B\u00f6ylelikle kaynak \u00fclkeye de destek verilmi\u015f oluyor.<\/p>\n

V\u0130ZEDE AB MODEL\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n

90 g\u00fcnl\u00fck vize ile T\u00fcrkiye’ye gelip daha sonra uzatmak isteyenler i\u00e7in AB \u00f6rne\u011fi uygulanacak. Bu ki\u015filerden banka hesaplar\u0131na ait bilgiler, gelir, tapu gibi belgeler ve sa\u011fl\u0131k sigortas\u0131 istenecek. Bu belgeler yoksa vize verilmeyecek ve ikamet izni uzat\u0131lmayacak.<\/p>\n

KA\u00c7AK YABANCI \u00c7ALI\u015eTIRILMAYACAK<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yabanc\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7iler ile ilgili bir haz\u0131rl\u0131k yap\u0131yor. Bu konuda bir rehber \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lacak. Yabanc\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ranlara e\u011fitimler verilecek, mevzuat hat\u0131rlat\u0131lacak, hangi ko\u015fullarda ne \u015fekilde yabanc\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 anlat\u0131lacak.
