Buna g\u00f6re, in\u015faat maliyet endeksi 2023 Haziran\u2019da bir \u00f6nceki aya g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 4,43, bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 49,32 artt\u0131. Piyasa verilerine g\u00f6re \u0130stanbul\u2019da bir evin metrekaresi 36 bin 4 liraya y\u00fckselirken, Ankara\u2019da bu rakam 17 bin 647, \u0130zmir\u2019de 27 bin 89 lira olarak kaydedildi.
