Taraflar Konferans\u0131’na (COP16) ev sahipli\u011fi yapamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildirdi. H\u00fck\u00fcmet, konferans ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan \u00e7ekilme karar\u0131na gerek\u00e7e olarak \u015eubat 2023’te meydana gelen ve \u00fclkenin bir\u00e7ok ilinde b\u00fcy\u00fck can ve mal kayb\u0131na yol a\u00e7an depremleri g\u00f6sterdi.<\/p>\n

BM Biyolojik \u00c7e\u015fitlilik S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi (CBD), internet sayfas\u0131 \u00fczerinden yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 mektupta, Ankara’n\u0131n toplant\u0131ya ba\u015fkanl\u0131k yapmaktan “\u015eubat 2023’te meydana gelen \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 depremin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 zorunlu durum” nedeniyle \u00e7ekilme karar\u0131 ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve T\u00fcrkiye’nin karardan dolay\u0131 “\u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fclerini dile getirdi\u011fi” belirtilierek, di\u011fer \u00fclkelerden devreye girmeleri i\u00e7in teklif istenece\u011fi kaydedildi. Konferans\u0131n 21 Ekim-1 Kas\u0131m tarihleri aras\u0131nda d\u00fczenlenmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyordu.<\/p>\n

S\u00f6zle\u015fmeye taraf olan 190’dan fazla \u00fclke ge\u00e7en y\u0131l Kanada’n\u0131n Montreal kentinde d\u00fczenlenen 15’inci konferansta tarihi bir anla\u015fmaya imza atm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Yerk\u00fcre \u00fczerindeki karalar, okyanuslar ve canl\u0131 t\u00fcrlerini kirlilikten, bozulmaktan ve iklim krizinden korumak i\u00e7in imzalanan bu anla\u015fma Paris \u0130klim S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi’ne benzetilmi\u015f ve “do\u011fayla bir bar\u0131\u015f pakt\u0131” olarak nitelenmi\u015fti. Kunming-Montreal. K\u00fcresel Biyolojik \u00c7e\u015fitlilik \u00c7er\u00e7evesi ad\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan anla\u015fma, gezegenin y\u00fczde 30’unun 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar koruma alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik taahh\u00fctler i\u00e7eriyor.<\/p>\n
