Bu kapsamda, Trendyol’a 61,3 milyon TL idari para cezas\u0131 verildi\u011fi aktar\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Rekabet Kurumu’ndan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada \u015fu ifadelere yer verildi:<\/p>\n

“DSM Grup Dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k \u0130leti\u015fim ve Sat\u0131\u015f Ticaret A\u015e\u2019nin (TRENDYOL) \u00e7evrim i\u00e7i pazaryeri pazar\u0131ndaki uygulamalar\u0131yla 4054 say\u0131l\u0131 Rekabetin Korunmas\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Kanun\u2019un 6. maddesini ihlal edip etmedi\u011finin tespiti amac\u0131yla Rekabet Kurulunun 23.09.2021 tarih ve 21-44\/650-M say\u0131l\u0131 karar\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen soru\u015fturma tamamland\u0131.<\/p>\n

26.07.2023 tarihinde Rekabet Kurulunca dosyan\u0131n m\u00fczakeresi sonucunda; TRENDYOL\u2019un algoritmaya m\u00fcdahale ederek ve pazaryerinde sat\u0131\u015f yapan \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc taraf sat\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n verilerini kullanarak kendi perakende faaliyetine haks\u0131z olarak avantaj sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131, bu eylemlerinin rakiplerinin faaliyetlerini zorla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 nitelikte oldu\u011fu ve 4054 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun\u2019un 6. maddesini ihlal etti\u011fi de\u011ferlendirilerek ad\u0131 ge\u00e7en te\u015febb\u00fcse idari para cezas\u0131 verilmesine karar verildi.”<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
