Buna g\u00f6re, “Ya\u015fam Kalitesi Mod\u00fcl\u00fc” \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda Gelir ve Ya\u015fam Ko\u015fullar\u0131 Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 ile birlikte mod\u00fcl olarak uyguland\u0131. Avrupa Birli\u011fi \u00fclkeleri ile ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde uygulanan mod\u00fcl\u00fcn amac\u0131, hanelerdeki 15 ya\u015f ve \u00fcst\u00fcndeki t\u00fcm fertlerin sosyal konulardaki memnuniyet d\u00fczeyi ile sosyal faaliyetlere kat\u0131l\u0131m durumlar\u0131n\u0131 tespit etmek olarak belirlendi.<\/p>\n

Mod\u00fclde fertlerin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 hane halk\u0131n\u0131n mevcut finansal durumundan; zaman ge\u00e7irdikleri aile, arkada\u015f, kom\u015fu, i\u015f arkada\u015f\u0131 gibi tan\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 insanlarla olan ki\u015fisel ili\u015fkilerinden, hobileri, bo\u015f zaman u\u011fra\u015flar\u0131, i\u015f d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki aktiviteleri gibi yapmaktan ho\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 faaliyetler i\u00e7in ay\u0131rabildi\u011fi zamandan memnuniyet y\u00fczdesi belirlenirken hi\u00e7 memnun olmayanlar i\u00e7in ‘0’, \u00e7ok memnun olanlar i\u00e7in ‘100’ al\u0131narak ortalama bir de\u011fer hesapland\u0131.<\/p>\n

S\u00f6z konusu y\u0131lda fertler i\u00e7in hane halk\u0131n\u0131n finansal durumundan memnuniyet ortalamas\u0131 y\u00fczde 46.9 iken yoksulluk veya sosyal d\u0131\u015flanma riski alt\u0131nda olan fertlerde bu de\u011fer y\u00fczde 36.9 oldu.<\/p>\n

Ki\u015fisel ili\u015fkilerdeki ortalama memnuniyet t\u00fcm fertlerde y\u00fczde 65.2, yoksulluk veya sosyal d\u0131\u015flanma riski olanlarda y\u00fczde 60.2 olarak hesapland\u0131. B\u00fct\u00fcn fertler i\u00e7in bo\u015f zaman faaliyetlerine ayr\u0131lan zamandan ortalama memnuniyet y\u00fczde 47,4, yoksulluk veya sosyal d\u0131\u015flanma riski alt\u0131nda olan fertlerde ise y\u00fczde 42 oldu.<\/p>\n

Son 12 ay i\u00e7erisinde 15 ya\u015f ve \u00fczeri fertlerin y\u00fczde 85.3’\u00fc sinemaya, y\u00fczde 93.7’si canl\u0131 g\u00f6steriye, y\u00fczde 92’si k\u00fclt\u00fcrel alanlara ve y\u00fczde 94.9’u canl\u0131 spor etkinli\u011fine gitmedi.<\/p>\n

Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l yoksulluk veya sosyal d\u0131\u015flanma riski alt\u0131nda olmayan fertlerin y\u00fczde 50,1’i sinemaya gitmeme nedeni olarak ilgilerinin olmamas\u0131n\u0131 se\u00e7ti.<\/p>\n

Sinemaya gitmeyen b\u00fct\u00fcn fertlerin y\u00fczde 11’i, yoksulluk veya sosyal d\u0131\u015flanma riski alt\u0131nda olanlar\u0131n ise y\u00fczde 23,5’i maddi yetersizlik nedeni ile gitmedi\u011fini belirtti.<\/p>\n

Ge\u00e7en sene canl\u0131 g\u00f6steriye gitmeyenlerden maddi yetersizli\u011fi se\u00e7enlerin oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 10,4 iken yoksulluk veya sosyal d\u0131\u015flanma riski alt\u0131nda olanlardan maddi yetersizli\u011fi nedenli gidemeyenlerin oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 21,9 oldu.<\/p>\n

K\u00fclt\u00fcrel alanlar\u0131 ziyaret edemeyenlerin y\u00fczde 10.3’\u00fc ise maddi yetersizlik nedenini se\u00e7erken bu oran yoksulluk veya sosyal d\u0131\u015flanma riski alt\u0131nda olanlarda y\u00fczde 21,3 olarak hesapland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Canl\u0131 spor etkinliklerine kat\u0131lmayanlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 7,9’unun ve yoksulluk veya sosyal d\u0131\u015flanma riski alt\u0131nda olanlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 17’sinin kat\u0131lmama nedeni maddi yetersizlik oldu.<\/p>\n

Y\u00fczde 69 kitap okumuyor<\/strong><\/h4>\n

B\u00fct\u00fcn sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel etkinliklere kat\u0131lmama nedeni olarak gelir durumundan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak en \u00e7ok ‘ilginin olmamas\u0131” nedeni se\u00e7ildi.<\/p>\n

Son 12 ay i\u00e7erisinde 15 ya\u015f ve \u00fczeri fertlerin y\u00fczde 69’unun hi\u00e7 kitap okumad\u0131\u011f\u0131, y\u00fczde 31’inin ise en az bir kitap okudu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n

Ya\u015f gruplar\u0131na g\u00f6re kitap okuma oranlar\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda s\u00f6z konusu d\u00f6nemde okul kitaplar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda en \u00e7ok kitap okuyan ya\u015f grubu y\u00fczde 50,9 ile 15-24 ya\u015f aral\u0131\u011f\u0131 oldu. En az kitap okuma oran\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 14,1 ile 65 ya\u015f ve \u00fcst\u00fc fertlerde hesapland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Arkada\u015f veya akrabalarla gerek y\u00fcz y\u00fcze gerekse uzaktan hi\u00e7 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeyenlerin \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funu yoksulluk veya sosyal d\u0131\u015flanma riski alt\u0131nda olanlar olu\u015fturdu.<\/p>\n

Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l fertlerin yak\u0131nlar\u0131 ile evde veya ba\u015fka bir yerde arkada\u015flar\u0131yla vakit ge\u00e7irme, kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 konu\u015fma veya aktivite yapma s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 incelendi\u011finde y\u00fczde 28,7’sinin akrabalarla, y\u00fczde 37,3’\u00fcn\u00fcn de arkada\u015flarla her hafta g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc belirlendi.<\/p>\n

Fertlerin akrabalar\u0131 ile telefon, SMS, internet arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 en \u00e7ok olan se\u00e7enek y\u00fczde 40,9 ile her hafta olurken arkada\u015flarla ise yine her hafta y\u00fczde 44,3 ile en y\u00fcksek g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 oran\u0131 oldu.<\/p>\n

\u00d6te yandan, b\u00fcltende son y\u0131llarda yoksullu\u011fun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra sosyal d\u0131\u015flanma kavram\u0131n\u0131n da \u00f6nemli hale gelmesiyle yoksulluk veya sosyal d\u0131\u015flanma g\u00f6stergesi olan AROPE g\u00f6stergesi, Eurostat taraf\u0131ndan ilk defa Avrupa 2020 hedefleri kapsam\u0131nda \u00f6nerilmi\u015f bir g\u00f6stergedir.
