Her iki proje i\u00e7in verilen ge\u00e7i\u015f garantisi say\u0131s\u0131na ula\u015f\u0131lamay\u0131nca, kamunun m\u00fcteahhitlere \u00f6deyece\u011fi milyarlarca lira \u015fimdiden kesinle\u015fmeye ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Yap-i\u015flet-devret modeliyle tamamlanan k\u00f6pr\u00fc i\u00e7in Daelim-Limak-SK-Yap\u0131 Merkezi Ortak Giri\u015fimi\u2019ne y\u0131ll\u0131k 16 milyon 425 bin ara\u00e7 ge\u00e7i\u015f garantisi verilmi\u015fti. K\u00f6pr\u00fcden ayl\u0131k 1 milyon 368 bin, g\u00fcnl\u00fck ise 45 bin ara\u00e7 ge\u00e7mesi gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GE\u00c7\u0130\u015e GARANT\u0130S\u0130 TUTMADI, BAKAN \u201cREKOR KIRDIK\u201d DED\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>BirG\u00fcn\u2018de yer alan habere g\u00f6re 9 g\u00fcnl\u00fck bayram tatilinin ilk g\u00fcn\u00fc olan 24 Haziran\u2019da bile bu ge\u00e7i\u015f garantisi tutmad\u0131. Ula\u015ft\u0131rma ve Altyap\u0131 Bakan\u0131 Abd\u00fclkadir Uralo\u011flu sosyal medya hesab\u0131ndan yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 payla\u015f\u0131mda, \u201c1915 \u00c7anakkale K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019nden 22 bin 267 ara\u00e7 ge\u00e7i\u015fi ile rekor k\u0131rd\u0131k\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Bir di\u011fer ara\u00e7 ge\u00e7i\u015f garantisi tutmayan proje ise Menemen-Alia\u011fa-\u00c7andarl\u0131 Otoyolu oldu. G\u00fcnl\u00fck 35 bin arac\u0131n ge\u00e7ece\u011finin garanti edildi\u011fi otoyolu 24 Haziran\u2019da 18 bin 606 ara\u00e7 kulland\u0131.
