(The Turkish Post) \u2013<\/strong> Kurban Bayram\u0131 s\u00fcresince kurban sat\u0131\u015f ve kesim yerlerinde \u00e7evre kirlili\u011fine sebep olabilecek faaliyetlere kar\u015f\u0131 toplum ve \u00e7evre sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n olumsuz etkilenmemesi i\u00e7in tedbirler al\u0131nd\u0131. Tedbirler do\u011frultusunda ilgili kurumlar, belediyelerin belirledi\u011fi kurban sat\u0131\u015f ve kesim yerlerinde Kurban Bayram\u0131 boyunca denetim yapacak. Sat\u0131\u015f ve kesim yerlerindeki denetimlerin haricinde apartman \u00f6n\u00fcnde, sokakta, parklarda kurban kesiminin engellenmesi i\u00e7in de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek. Kurallara uymayanlara da para cezas\u0131 kesilecek.<\/p>\n

CEZA YA\u011eACAK\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kurban Bayram\u0131’nda park, bah\u00e7e, cadde, sokak, bina \u00f6nleri, meydan gibi umuma a\u00e7\u0131k yerlerde kurban sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve kesimine uygun olmayan alanlarda kesim yapanlar ile buralarda gerekli \u00f6nlemleri almayanlara 3 bin 36 lira idari para cezas\u0131 uygulanacak. Kurban kesim yerlerinde gerekli yasaklara uymayan ve \u00f6nlem almadan kurban at\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 topra\u011fa g\u00f6men tesislere, toplu kesimler i\u00e7in 293 bin 188 lira idari para cezas\u0131 kesilecek. Konutlarda kurban at\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n topra\u011fa g\u00f6m\u00fclmesi halinde yasa\u011fa uymayanlara 7 bin 283 lira idari para cezas\u0131 verilecek.<\/p>\n

HAYVANA \u0130\u015eKENCEYE PARA CEZASI\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hayvanlara kas\u0131tl\u0131 olarak k\u00f6t\u00fc davranan, d\u00f6ven, a\u00e7 ve susuz b\u0131rakan, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 so\u011fu\u011fa, s\u0131ca\u011fa maruz b\u0131rakan, bak\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 ihmal eden, fiziksel ve psikolojik ac\u0131 \u00e7ektiren ki\u015filere hayvan ba\u015f\u0131na 4 bin 554 lira idari para cezas\u0131 uygulanacak.<\/p>\n

Sat\u0131\u015f yerlerinde, hayvanlar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n iyi, bar\u0131nd\u0131klar\u0131 yerin temiz ve sa\u011fl\u0131k \u015fartlar\u0131na uygun olmas\u0131 zorunlulu\u011funa ayk\u0131r\u0131 hareket edenlere 1518 lira, Hayvanlar\u0131 Koruma Kanunu’ndaki ‘hayvanlar\u0131n kesimi’ne ili\u015fkin d\u00fczenlemeye ayk\u0131r\u0131 hareket edenlere hayvan ba\u015f\u0131na 15 bin 939 lira idari para cezas\u0131 uygulanacak. Yasaklara uymayanlara \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, Tar\u0131m ve Orman Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131’n\u0131n ilgili birimleriyle, belediyelerce cezai i\u015flem uygulanacak.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
