(The Turkish Post) \u2013<\/strong> Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi incelemeler sonucunda Reklam Kurulu taraf\u0131ndan 39.5 milyon liral\u0131k ceza kesti. T\u00fcketicileri aldatan, yan\u0131ltan, tecr\u00fcbe ve bilgi eksikliklerini istismar eden reklamlar ile haks\u0131z ticari uygulamalara eri\u015fim engeli getirildi.<\/p>\n

Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131’ndan taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen a\u00e7\u0131klama \u015fu \u015fekilde: \u201cReklam Kurulu 13 Haziran 2023 tarihinde yap\u0131lan 334 say\u0131l\u0131 toplant\u0131s\u0131nda, t\u00fcketicileri aldatan, yan\u0131ltan, tecr\u00fcbe ve bilgi eksikliklerini istismar eden reklamlar ile haks\u0131z ticari uygulamalara eri\u015fim engeli dahil pek \u00e7ok idari yapt\u0131r\u0131m ile dur diyerek ge\u00e7it vermedi.<\/p>\n

Reklam Kurulu taraf\u0131ndan bu ayki toplant\u0131da g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fclen 219 adet dosyadan 200’\u00fc mevzuata ayk\u0131r\u0131 bulunmu\u015f olup, s\u00f6z konusu reklam ve ticari uygulamalar hakk\u0131nda durdurma cezas\u0131 ile birlikte toplam 9.713.552-TL idari para cezas\u0131 uygulanmas\u0131na ve ayr\u0131ca 12 adet dosya i\u00e7in eri\u015fim engeli tedbiri uygulanmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015ftir. B\u00f6ylelikle, y\u0131l\u0131n ilk ay\u0131nda Kurul taraf\u0131ndan toplam 1.159 adet dosya hakk\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve de\u011ferlendirmelerde bulunulmu\u015f olup, aldat\u0131c\u0131 reklam veya haks\u0131z ticari uygulama oldu\u011fu tespit edilen 1.031 dosya hakk\u0131nda durdurma cezas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra toplam 39.555.306-TL idari para cezas\u0131 uygulanmas\u0131na ve ayr\u0131ca 28 adet dosyada eri\u015fimin engellenmesine karar verilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Kurulun 334 say\u0131l\u0131 toplant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ana g\u00fcndem ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131ndan birisini, \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00fclkelere ait el\u00e7ilik ve konsolosluklar\u0131n yetkili temsilcisi izlenimi uyand\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla olu\u015fturduklar\u0131 internet siteleri arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla vize hizmeti almak isteyen t\u00fcketicilerin g\u00fcvenini k\u00f6t\u00fcye kullanmak suretiyle aldatma ve yan\u0131ltma kast\u0131yla g\u00f6sterdikleri faaliyetler sonucunda t\u00fcketici ma\u011fduriyetine neden olan firmalar olu\u015fturmu\u015ftur. Bu kapsamda, 8 firma hakk\u0131nda durdurma ve idari para cezas\u0131 verilmesi, ayr\u0131ca ilgili internet sitelerine eri\u015fimin engellenmesi kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Di\u011fer taraftan, Kurulun bir ba\u015fka \u00f6nemli g\u00fcndem konusunu da ba\u015fta e-ticaret pazar yerleri olmak \u00fczere internet \u00fczerinden kurulan mesafeli s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerde t\u00fcketicilerin sat\u0131n alma tercihlerinde \u00f6nemli bir yeri olan kullan\u0131c\u0131 deneyimlerine ili\u015fkin olarak sahte ve as\u0131ls\u0131z t\u00fcketici de\u011ferlendirmeleri ile s\u0131ralama uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 suretiyle sat\u0131c\u0131 veya sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131lar ya da sat\u0131lan \u00fcr\u00fcn hakk\u0131nda haks\u0131z rekabete ve t\u00fcketici ma\u011fduriyetine yol a\u00e7acak \u015fekilde ger\u00e7ek d\u0131\u015f\u0131 alg\u0131ya sebebiyet veren uygulamalar olu\u015fturmu\u015ftur.
